Aquila Estate

Aquila Estate & Flying Club is Australia’s world class premier fly in gated airpark community centred at the heart of Fraser Coast, Queensland, just a 15 minute drive from Maryborough and less than 35 minutes to Hervey Bay, the Gateway to World Heritage Listed Fraser Island and the pristine waters of the Great Sandy Strait.

“Aquila” is a constellation in the northern sky. Its name is Latin for ‘eagle’ and it represents the bird who carried Zeus’s/Jupiter’s thunderbolts in Greco-Roman mythology. We wanted to create a subtle logo that suggested an eagle and propellers for this airpark estate. We used a colour palette of neutral, subdued tones to represent those found in nature.

The developers were looking for a clean, modern site to showcase a unique estate that includes its own airstrip and hangers. We included 3D architectural renders and video clips to show the estates offerings.
